Extensive Renovation on the East side of the Settlers Ridge Shopping Centre by demolition of existing suites and enlarging the suites, making a new corridor to comply with building code for fire separation, exit requirements and barrier free accessibility. Converting existing space on the north end of the building to a self storage facility with 20,000 sq.ft. area and prepared tenant fit-up drawings for each new tenant.
