Project details

As an Architectural Technician, I was tasked with overseeing the construction of a multi-storey residential building consisting of four towers. My primary responsibility was to produce technical drawings for permit and construction documents according to the building's design.

Working closely with the design team and structural engineer, I ensured that the project complied with local zoning by-laws and building codes. I also paid close attention to detail and incorporated the client's input to create a functional and visually appealing living space for future residents.

Throughout the project, I collaborated with the team and stakeholders to ensure that the final design met the client's expectations and added value to the surrounding community. I provided technical expertise and guidance to ensure that the construction process was efficient and cost-effective.

The project was presented to the client and stakeholders as an opportunity to enhance the local residential landscape by offering high-quality living spaces with convenient access to transportation, retail, and other services. I am proud of the work I have done and the positive impact this project will have on the community.
