Project details

As an Architectural Technologist, I have been tasked with designing and constructing a commercial plaza consisting of two buildings in a bustling commercial area. The first building comprises of 10 units while the second one features two units, with one designated to house a drive-through restaurant.

The project's main objective is to create a functional and visually appealing space that caters to the needs of diverse tenants and attracts a wide range of customers. To achieve this, I have overseen every aspect of the design and code regulations, working closely with the client to ensure their expectations are met.

By paying careful attention to detail and incorporating the client's input, I have successfully created a modern and inviting space that meets the needs and expectations of future tenants and customers. The project has been proposed to the client and stakeholders as a way of enhancing the commercial landscape of the area.
